Their modern manufacturing plants feature the latest CNC, VMC, and Nagel Plateau/Slide honing Machines, ensuring precision and efficiency in every aspect of production.The company is looking for Assistant Manager Quality Assurance.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) Minimum 5-7 years of relevant industry experience in Machine Shop operations At least 2 years of experience in leading Quality function Proficiency in IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards Familiarity with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) processes Knowledge of MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) and SPC (Statistical Process Control) Experience in Layout Inspection and Control Plan development Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) Proficient in the use of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), Contour Graph, Surface Roughness, Roundness Tester, and Millipore equipment Experience in PFMEA (Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and 8D Analysis Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and analysis purposes Hands-on experience in customer complaint handling and resolution Knowledge of Machining and Foundry operations Ability to handle Customer and Certification Audits Familiarity with CNC (Computer Numerical Control), VMC (Vertical Machining Center), Honing, and Grinding processes Experience in Manpower Handling, with a minimum of 50-70 manpower Proficiency in Rejection Analysis techniques such as Pareto and Why-Why analysis
