WITHIN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL: Commercial Responsibilities
    • Responsible for selling the required product mix with pricing guidelines set by the business unit.
    • Prepare and present quotations and proposals.
    • Negotiate and close on orders for X-Rite Inline product and services.
    • Regularly report and communicate to sales management: sales forecasts, order activity, stages of negotiations, pricing levels and competitive information
    • Represent the company on trade shows and on conferences with speeches and presentations.
    • New business line development into the fast-growing automation market.
    Continuous Business Growth
    • Developing short and long-term sales plans
    • Identifying new market opportunities
    • Developing strategies to meet sales objectives.
    • Preparing and launching promotional resp. corrective actions
    Sales Channel Management
    • Monitoring existing relationships with re-sellers and dealers
    • Meeting quarterly and annual plans
    • Developing and building strategic relationships within the channel
    WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO CAN:
    • Build a culture of ownership and accountability; ensure associates understand their objectives and are provided the tools and guidance to be successful.
    • Empower associates and drive a cohesive cross-functional work atmosphere with a positive attitude.
    • Lead by example to develop a robust continuous improvement culture, develop and drive accountability around daily management and monthly KPI s, conduct PSPs and develop countermeasures to address shortfalls.
    Your EDUCATION OR BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
    • At least 10 years of sales experience with proven, successful track record in textile industry.
    • Technical degree preferable.
    • Strong technical background, preferably with capital equipment.
    • Excellent negotiating and communication skills, including public speeches, presentations, face-to-face communication.
    • Willing to visit production sites, which can be dirty and noisy.
    • Global mindset and readiness to travel extensively (50% to 70%)
    • Fluent in English in spoken as well as written form.
    • Ability to communicate appropriately and professionally at all levels, both internally and externally.
    • Experience of product demonstration to customers at different levels.
    • Position can be located either in Mumbai or Ahmedabad.
