Job Description

    Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining liveswhere your purpose accelerates our mission.Directly responsible for developing and implementing a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.Ensure compliance to local regulations related to infrastructure, working with the GAP team.Manage the house keeping team for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the facility.Set up check lists, conduct and document regular facilities inspections.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry standards in coordination with the EHS team.Co-ordinate with building owner to meet facility related requirements.Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency.Plan and Execution of Infrastructure Projects including facility modifications / augmentation from time to time to support the business needs.Coordinate intra-companies moves of equipment.Set up and execute preventive maintenance plan and repair of facilities related equipment (excluding laboratory equipment)Plan, coordinate with vendors and oversee facility refurbishment and renovationsPlan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, Effluent disposal, and parking.Support for the Smooth execution of CSR activities.Support for conducting events at Baxter facilities.Implement best practice processes to increase operational efficiency.Identify, obtain quotes and tenders and coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for infrastructure related activities.Negotiate contracts along with Procurement team to optimize delivery and cost saving.Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met.Ensure delivery schedules, quantity and quality criteria are met.Check and certify completed work by contractors and vendors.Raising PR/PO for various facility related purchases.Verify payment and invoicing match contract pricing.Plan and monitor appropriate facility management staffing levels.Ensure efficient utilization of facility maintenance staff.Performance manages, develop and train staff.Prepare and track facility budget.Monitor expenses and payments.Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures, and purchases.Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives.Advise on and monitor energy efficiency.Assure security of the facilityRespond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures.Provide prompt response to requests and issues from Office and Lab users.Asset management.,
