Job Description

    Indias Leading Bank is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Banking Sales Officer to join our growing Retail Liability Banking Department.In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our liability products and services, contributing to the banks continued success.Responsibilities:
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for a variety of liability products, including savings accounts, current accounts, debit cards, credit cards, and wealth management solutions.
    • Prospect and develop new client relationships through various channels, including attending industry events, networking, and cold calling.
    • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to identify suitable financial solutions for individual and business customers.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing clear product explanations, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns.
    • Build strong relationships with branch staff to ensure seamless product sales and customer onboarding.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the banks CRM system.
    • Participate in product training programs and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum Fresher to 4 years of experience in sales and Marketing in any domain.
    • Strong understanding of retail liability products and their benefits.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and possess a strong work ethic.
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
