Job Description

    Dear Candidate,One of our clients in the Architectural Engineering and Construction (AEC) business based in Ahmedabad urgently requires BIM Managers for their US projects. Salary will not be constraint for the right candidate. Candidates should be BE/ME in Mechanical/Civil/Architecture with at least 8 years of experience in BIM projects. Outstation candidates should be ready to relocate.Warm RegardsFor The Athlos Peoples ConsultingRoy JohnBIM ManagerResponsibilities Own quality of all deliverables related to BIM modelling LOD 100 to 500 and clash coordination Lead a team of 20 to 30 BIM modellers Manage deliverables of client projects and communication Lead and Participate in client meetings and presentations Making sure quality standards and checklists are followed for every project Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement Travel to US as and when required for business needsQualificationsMinimum 8 years of experience of BIM projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Hands on knowledge and experience of creating drawings and Revit models from Schematic Design to Construction Documents set Experience of leading a team of at least 15 team members and working with overseas customers Experience of using Autodesk AEC package - AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks etc.Shift Timings 6 PM to 3 AM (Monday through Saturday Only Sunday Off) Purely Work from Office
