Job Description

Experience : 4+ years

Responsibilities:

  • Take complete accountability and guide all projects under ownership through the project management lifecycle to achieve successful implementation, on time with quality.
  • Own the collection, documentation, refinement and prioritization of business requirements and stakeholder reviews.
  • Prepare and publish all project deliverables scope documents, requirements, project plans, test plans, communication plans, standard operating procedures, etc.
  • Identify and keep project stakeholders informed at all times. Use any tools that are appropriate. These include UX mockups, project status reports, meeting minutes, and face to face meetings.
  • Identify, document, and manage risks. Recognize issues and proactively create solutions to mitigate their impact.
  • Identify, document, and remediate gaps in processes and ensure the alignment of IT department with GRC guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Prepare technical docs like understanding document, FRD, BRD, SRS, architecture diagram, work flows, flow charts etc.

Desired Candidate:

  • Proficiency in Software Design and solution modeling
  • PMP, Agile or ITIL V3 Practitioner certifications would be a plus
  • Prior business analysis experience with Microsoft SharePoint based applications would prefer
  • Must be familiar with JIRA
  • Strong communication (verbal & written), presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • High motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Effective presentation skills, combined with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Collaborative team player and relationship builder
