Job Description

    Function:Sales and Business Sales / Business Development
    • Marketing

    Responsibilities:
    • Introduce & acquire new SA customer in the identified segment and reference generation from the specified catchment.
    • Area Mapping in the catchment and maintaining of Daily activity/Sales report.
    • Preparing Wish list of customers through cold calling and promotion activities.
    • Meeting and completing account opening formalities with strict adherence to KYC norms (Field verification Mandatory).
    • Engaging customer with multiple products at the time of account Opening( viz: Mobile banking/Net banking registration /RD- FD activation).
    • Ensuring account activation & 3 month funding for incentive gating.
    • Generating Leads for family accounts and other cross sell products.
    • Resolving customer queries/issues.
    Requirements:
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written;
    • Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude;
    • Impeccable customer service skills;
    • Ability to create and deliver client presentations, especially power points and/or white papers;
    • Motivated, driven attitude;
    • Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation;
    • Expert in time management;
    • Organized work ethic;
    • Proven track record in sales environment;
    • Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
