Provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Determine performance recognition, rewards, or consequences. Present performance reports to leadership Establish a two-way communication channel to receive employee feedback Determine and resolve workplace issues that prevent optimal performance, such as individual grievances or poor departmental structuresResponsibilities Training Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
