Job Description

    Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities of the Role:
    • Will be responsible for Pipeline/Revenue generated from helping companies set up Captive Coe teams for Product Development Related Services
      • Generate revenue plan by Captive Coe related relationships in the South Asian (Pan India) Market
      • Lead Gen / Revenue generation of greenfield opportunities in the North America and Europe markets
      • Supporting the Sales Advisors/Private Equity Biz Dev team in Sales Pipeline development
    • Oversee sales cycle from opportunity creation to contract execution - partnering with the pre-sales solutions teams to help with converting prospects into customers
    • Works closely with Sales & Marketing team on marketing initiatives to grow the revenue pipeline
    • Nurture and track accounts, identify additional opportunities within existing accounts
    • Successful transition of a new account to account mgmt. team
    What it takes to catch our eye
    • 6-10 yrs experience selling Software Services - preferred experience in setting up ODCs and Extended teams
    • Professional experience Selling Services (Tech, Tech enabled, Business, Banking, Financial) in a B2B environment.
    • Have showcased success (metrics) in an earlier role; Proven track record of managing successful partnerships - relationships to generate and close a pipeline of new business opportunities
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, professional networking skills, stakeholder management, and account management capabilities.
    • Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations with C-level decision-makers
    • Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value-added, insightful and strategic insight into their business
    • Understanding of larger investment organizations and their needs preferred.
