The position will be responsible for managing all communication materials pertaining to company products including printed documents and collateral, website content, email updates, and assisting with telephone and face-to-face meetings. Company products include asset management and finance software, social media software and other custom softwares built for our global clients. This person will work closely with the product owners, vendors, technical subject matter experts and other internal departments to collect input and content for the documents and develop and/ or update documents where appropriate. The position will also ensure all documents are accurate, consistent and meet appropriate industry and external standards. Documents include implementation guides, marketing materials, certification manuals, test plans, manuals, planning guides, checklists, and training and presentation materials. This position will be responsible for managing the distribution processes as well as version control and management of common document libraries. Internal audiences will include business technology, operations, marketing, and relationship managers within the company. External audiences will include issuers, acquirers, franchises, partner networks, terminal and card manufacturers, personalization bureaus, and test tool vendors. Job Responsibilities : Ensure that all product documentation is updated to reflect the current features and functions of the products. Ensure certification and testing manuals and internal procedure documents reflect the most current process. Ensure consistency and accuracy across the document. Develop and maintain processes for managing version control and distribution and maintenance of documents and product collateral to internal audiences, franchises, vendors and other network partners. Develop and maintain common document libraries to ensure appropriate people have access to the information. Develop bulletins, FAQs, presentations and other communications to keep franchises informed on progress. Ensure all aspects of global chip payment products are reflected in the network release planning process, including Operating Regulations, Technical specifications, disputes manual, and certification manuals Manage all content for our websites, including public and secured web-pages. Manage on-line Q&A and FAQs. Develop presentations and decks for multiple audiences under direction of Global Chip Payment Product Managers Conduct document reviews and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained. Required Skills: Bachelor s degree required At least 2 years of business writing, editing and communication experience Ability to conceptualize and communicate strategic approaches and goals both verbally and in presentation format Ability to prioritize projects effectively and show flexibility when needed Experience with developing, managing and distributing technical documents.
