Job Description

In-depth knowledge and understanding of engines components .
Strong knowledge of Electrical system, Hydraulic system, braking system, Pumps, Motors, gearbox, hydro control valve, transmission.etc.
Experience with after treatment components and also well aware about the different stage of Engine such BS3, BS4 and BS5.
Must have hands-on experience of Fabrication, Assembly line, product testing & validation of prototype machines, Product dispatch, Spare kit, Final inspection testing (FITR).
Well versed with New product development process
Should have product knowledge of CEV
Must have expertise in teardown, service & maintenance, vehicle commission, Verification and validation.
Hands on experience to create Workshop manual, work instruction, troubleshooting & repair manual, operating & service manual, Spare parts catalogue manual (SPC).
Should be capable enough to read and understand the Engineering drawing, hydraulic schematics and Electrical schematics.
Can manage ECR & ECN processes as per engineering team needs.
Software Competencies should be in Creo 6.0 , Inventor 2021 , AutoCAD, SAP ECTR, Photoshop, InDesign, Isodraw.
