Responsible for Preventive Maintenance and break down calls of critical instruments like HPLC, GC, UV- Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Dissolution Tester, Analytical Balance.Responsible to solve the emergency calls of all the electronic based instruments available in the Quality control Department.Responsible to submit the Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown reports.Responsible to maintain the Coordination with scientific staff for the instrument related queries and problems.Responsible for coordination with service engineer for the respective instruments.Responsible to inspect the validation and maintenance of instruments by party engineer, under Annual Maintenance Contract.Responsible to Learn from the party engineer for the Preventive Maintenance related activity and try to perform it on our own.Responsible for log quality incident, OOC and any Quality notification if generated or required during calibration, validation and maintenance and participate in investigation.Responsible to remain present during the installation of new instruments with party engineer.Responsible to take training from party engineer about basic operations, maintenance, troubleshooting and validation of the new instruments which are under qualifications.Responsible for maintenance and up keep of the analytical equipment.Responsible for participate in training sessions and update the training records.Ensure cleaning & follow the GLP & laboratory safety practices.Support for the any another assignments given by department head.,
