Job Description

    ResponsibilitiesKey Areas of AccountabilityFinancial Planning And Analysis Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and forecasts. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making. Monitor and manage budgetary processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Financial Reporting Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Risk Management Identify and assess financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies. Establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard financial assets.Audit And Compliance Coordinate and manage internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.Fund Management Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. Optimize the companys fund position and manage banking. relationships.Team Leadership Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall organizational objectives.Financial Systems And Processes Implement and enhance financial systems to streamline processes. Continuously improve financial and accounting processes for efficiency.Strategic Planning Contribute to the development of organizational strategies and goals. Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.Cost Management Analyze cost structures and recommend cost-saving measures. Monitor and control expenditures within approved budgets.CHALLENGES Ability to drive financial analysis in an Inorganically growing organization Work in developing the parameters for the leadership for the way business are creating value in the long term. Work with key stakeholders (CEO/CFO/Chairman office) to ensure alignment of the objectives across business units and the action plans required to achieve the sameQualificationsQualifications: Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Chartered Accountants are preferredExperience Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Advanced proficiency in financial management software. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities,
