  • Global employee claims reimbursement process.
  • Managing expenses mail box
  • Employee Profile creation in Concur Travel System
  • Employee accounts creation in SAP
  • Review and validation of employee claims on a daily basis
  • Approval of employee claims in Concur System
  • Creation of Journal Upload from Concur Report
  • Uploading of Journal Entry in SAP
  • Reconciliation of expenses claim with Concur and SAP
  • Weekly payment run for all the approved employee claims
  • Query resolution for employee s claim
  • Monthly statistical report for Concur claim
  • Invoice accounting in SAP as per SOP
  • Report preparation for AP accounting
  • Reconciliation of vendor accounts
