Job Description

    A Financial Analyst is a professional whoadvises companies and teams on financial matters, including investment decisions in stocks and bonds. They analyze investment opportunities to determine the potential return on investment and provide guidance to maximize financial performance.Job description
    • Overseeing entire foreign travel process such as arranging of foreign travel advance to settlement of travel claims, sorting any travel card reload issues etc, tracking of travel payables and receivables from the employees, surrender of excess forex with travel vendors.
    • Handling of travel forecast by collating necessary inputs from business teams, getting the numbers reviewed from the management and inputting it in the system.
    Fixed Assets
    • Maintenance of fixed assets register which includes calculation of monthly depreciation and booking entry into system.
    • To keep the records in Fixed Asset Register in align to Physical Verification Register & Bonded Assets Register.
    • Involved in capex forecast which is undertaken on quarterly basis.
    • Ensure implementation of agreed financial controls and all actions are within the boundary of accounting standards & principles for purchase and sale of fixed assets.
    • Reconciliation of fixed assets register with general ledger on a monthly basis.
