Graduates (any Discipline) Job Description1) Handling entire gamut of front desk activities.2) To greet and properly direct all visitors, including Clients, Customers, vendors, job candidates, customers, etc.3) Receiving calls & transferring it to their respective extensions, making arrangement for Call Conference.4) Making necessary arrangements in the conference room for Projectors etc.for official meetings.5) To maintain and ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in documents and security procedures.6) To handle queries of the visitors & provide required information to them.7) To assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.8) To perform data entry and other software programs for necessary work.9) To maintain complete professionalism in communication while dealing with clients, customers, etc.10) To handle EPABX system 11) To maintain registers & stationary 12) To work on MS-Office (MS-word, excel) for drafting letters, notices and database management etc.Other requirements,
