Job Description

    We are looking for a go getter, high energy Technical Project Manager with 7+ years of relevantexperience. Your primary charter will be to drive technology projects from conception to customeradoption in a fast paced environment. This is a multi-faceted role, where you will be required tounderstand business processes, identify solutions/features that will deliver business value, manage theprojects through specifications, development, deployment and adoption. You will be required to applysound judgement, be willing to travel to our branch locations to understand field pain points, andaccelerate adoption. The role requires multi-tasking, ability to prioritize, and ability to work equally wellwith business as well as technical teams, internal as well as vendor teams. The position will be basedout of Ahmedabad.Required Candidate Profile:- Business Analysis skills. Should be able to grasp business process, create detailed functional,non-functional and technical requirements from the given business goals- Solid project management and execution skills from ideation till deployment and beyond- Stakeholder management including internal and external stakeholders- Data driven. Should be able to drive things based on data and metrics- Awareness of SDLC, API, SQL, DB, Quality- Team management- Ability to work with vendors and extended teams with good negotiation skills- Familiarity with cloud concepts of any public crowd providerGood to have- A high-level understanding of cyber security and networking- Proficiency with at least one programming language- Experience in financial services. An appreciation for people at the bottom of the pyramid is amajor plusOther must-have attitudes- Ability to work under pressure and aggressive deadlines- Highly driven, results oriented, self-motivated, individual- Excellent communication skills.
