Job Description

    QE (Manual Testing)-MidExperience: 5+ yearsPosition Responsibilities:Analyze requirements or User Stories across products and applications to identify acceptance criteria, testing cases and test scenariosTests software to ensure that developed products meet requirement specifications and are within quality criteria and standardsProvide feedback to the lead tester and manager regarding development and process optimizations.Work closely with multiple development teams to ensure quality testing practices are incorporated across the development cycleWrite test documentation such as test cases, scenarios, create test data and identify defects within the software productsProactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team membersExecute automated and manual test cases and provide pass or fail documentation using the standard tools utilized by the team.Provide individual status reports to the test lead and manager in the required frequency.QualificationsBachelors degree in Accountancy, Business, IT or related fieldsMinimum of 5 years experience using the full spectrum of software testing types on web based applications.Well experienced in ERP Software or similar product. Experience in Testing Resource Planning, Gantt Chart, Revenue Forecast, Kanban Board or similar features would be preferable.Experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, General Ledger And Purchasing & Inventory, Accounts Payable is a must.Knowledge in web application UI models and how components interactsStrong in observing/analyzing issues and communicate issues with clear and precise descriptionDemonstrable experience testing web applications, from unit to integration to front-endExcellent communication skillsGood Understanding of Scrum and or other Agile methodologies a mustAutomation experience with coding background would be an advantage
