Job Description

    Description:We are looking for an experienced and talented UI/UX designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers, stakeholders, and content developers. UI/UX designer to work with our product and content teams to ensure that our e-learning products and services are of the required high standards in terms of content, user experience, and technical functionality.Responsibilities Create, improve, and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods. Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand. Facilitate the vision of the product by researching conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products. Designing && Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. Manage design libraries and design systems with adherence to product branding requirements. Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles Identify and troubleshoot UX problems. Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, content developers, and UX designers. Participating in team building && organizational activities. Being a supportive team member and adaptive to company culture. Participation in achieving organizational goals. Helping to cherish healthy work culture && AWESOME WORKPLACE.Requirements and skills Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field and a minimum of 4 years of UI/UX Designer experience for digital products or similar roles. Experience using tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Zeplin. Preferred to have experience with SAAS and E-learning domain. Expert knowledge of UI design principles and techniques. Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript. Must be aware of and follow the usability principle of design. Knowledge of wireframe tools. Design System is a plus. Experience working in an agile/scrum development process. Up-to-date knowledge of design software Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it. Ability to work with the team and understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet their needs and vision. Ability to work with the design team which is led remotely by a design lead from headquarters. Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams. Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset. A team player but can work independently too. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Strong active listening skills and excellent written and oral communications skills in English.
