    • Prepare sales plan for peak traffic and non-peak traffic
    • Develop and implement sales strategy for all markets customized to the requirements of that territory
    • Track revenue achievement, occupancy, and conversion
    • Monitor competition
    • Recommend pricing strategies for all properties
    B) Aid team members in achieving their targetsHelp and aid in sales closuresGo out on coaching calls with team membersContribute to ideas and concepts for furthering the teams objectivesC) Team ManagementParticipate actively in all team activities including going to propertiesCoach and mentor team membersActively encourage upward feedbackProvide training to all team members on a regular basis on sales skillsSpend time with team members in giving feedback on their performance and also in resolving issues/conflictsD) Implement & maintain processes and systems by ground staff as developed centrallyRequirements:8+ years of prior B2C & B2B Sales & Marketing experience, preferably in a startupExcellent communication skillsVersed with Local LanguageUser centered approach to problem solvingAbility to lead in a dynamic and fast paced environmentAwareness of geographical areasGo getter, aggressive attitudeInterested may share their profiles at hidden_emailBest Regards,Joshita Sharma,
