    • Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
    • Build relationship to cultivate in active network of partners internally and externally.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and assist with developing job descriptions and requirements
    • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
    • Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks
    • Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements based on Skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications.
    • Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle
    • Strive towards exceeding expectation with strong commitment and hardwork.
