Job Description

    Job Title: HR ManagerLocation: Ahmedabad (HQ)Embark on an HR leadership journey with us! We are in search of an astute and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. As a leading manufacturer and supplier of construction chemicals and luxury furniture, catering to domestic and international markets, we prioritize quality, innovation, and sustainability in all aspects of our operations.Job Requirements:1.Qualifications:- Bachelors or masters degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. An MBA in HR is preferred.- Professional certifications in HR would be an advantage2.Experience:- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and compliance in India.3.Skills and Knowledge:- Excellent knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent development, and HRIS.- Familiarity with Indian labour laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.- Experience in managing and implementing HR initiatives, policies, and programs.- Strong leadership and team management abilities.- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Strategic thinking and ability to align HR strategies with business goals.4.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the companys business objectives.- Lead and manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and compliance.- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.- Oversee the payroll and benefits administration processes.- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.- Collaborate with leadership to anticipate HR needs and support organizational growth.5.Language Skills:- Proficiency in English is essential.- Knowledge of additional regional languages including Gujarati would be an advantage.6.Compensation:- 12 Lac to 15 Lac P.AIf interested please send your resumes on hidden_email
