Conducts meetings with employers and employee representatives to discuss such points as the standards, cited violations, and potential hazards and to resolve disputes regarding occupational safety issues. Explains the occupational safety standards to employers and employee representatives. Investigates occupational accidents and injuries to determine the cause of the accidents/injuries, and to determine violations of occupational safety standards Liaise with the Facility Security Team if a need arise. Monitor & Stops staff without MHE licences from driving MHE s & reports the matter to the Supervisor Takes charge on hearing the fire alarm by coordinating and directing all Warehouses sites staff to evacuate as per the Fire Evacuation plan. Report all Safety Hazards to Safety Supervisor. Report HAZMAT and Critical Safety Item receiving, Storage and Shipping status and action taken to Supervisor. Perform inspection and report on the 100 % survey of all Warehouses sites by 15 days. Periodically tracks the Fire Extinguisher for Serviceability and unserviceability of all regions Assist Monthly Safety Meeting for organizing and providing the information and data to Deputy Manager (HSE) the list of Trained personnel Update and Provide status list of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) maintenance actions. Meet and discuss with Warehousing SupervisorManager for the internal audit checklist and perform monthly self inspection audits for HSE. Update and report the Accident Investigation report in an event of an Incident after investigation. Participate for Performance review with Warehousing SupervisorManager to identify the training needs and requirements Prepare the Yearly Performance review and sent the data required to Deputy Manager (HSE) and National Manager -(HSE) Participate and attend the yearly internal Audit and assist to submit the Out briefing report to Corporate HSE Team with Action plan required.,
