Job Description

    As anInsideSales Manager in our Banca Channel - Branch Banking Department, youll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and empowering bank customers to secure their future.Job Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Build trust and rapport with branch staff to generate qualified leads and foster a win-win environment.
    • Become a product expert, with in-depth knowledge of our industry-leading life insurance solutions
    • Train and empower bank staff to confidently recommend and sell our products to their customers.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious growth targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
    • Maintain meticulous records and generate comprehensive reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
    Desired Candidates Profile:
    • 1 to 5 years of proven success in sales and marketing within the banking, insurance, or investment sector
    • A strong work ethic, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to exceed targets
    • Good Communications and Interpersonal Skills
