Following is the job description for the position.Age 24 to 50 yrsEducation Only Graduate / Post- GraduateIndustry Any Industry (BSFI, FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, FMCD etc.) but No FresherSales Experience Minimum 1 yrDomicile - Only Localite candidates residing not beyond 15 Kms distance from workCTC - Range 2.40 lacs to 4 lacs p.a. + attractive incentive earningSpecific Responsibilities-
    • This is 100% field sales job
    • New Business to new / existing customer selling Life insurance products of the company through Life Insurance Agents.
    • Responsible for recruitment and management of Life Insurance Agents - Identify, recruit and manage Life Insurance Agents for the respective region
    • Train and motivate Life Insurance Agents by providing products and market information of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance.
    • Monitor and review agents performance. Help them achieve maximum business
    • Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
    • Be an insurance solution provider for our customers
