Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced and self-driven individuals to join our team as Team Leads for Java Programming.Job Responsibilities:
    1. Lead a team of skilled Java developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical leadership.
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications.
    3. Analyze and understand project requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
    4. Participate in architecture and design discussions, contributing insights and proposing improvements.
    5. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and software development methodologies.
    6. Solve complex technical challenges, provide technical guidance, and assist in troubleshooting.
    7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing development processes and enhancing team productivity.
    8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and tools related to Java programming.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    2. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Java programming.
    3. Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
    4. Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
    5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
    6. Self-driven and motivated individual with a passion for software development.
    7. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
    8. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
    9. Experience with database design and optimization is a plus.
