Job Description

Job Role: The main purpose of the experienced Training manager is to coordinate, execute and implement various training programs used to train new hires and existing associates including leadership. The training plan covers product, processes, technology, behavioural competencies and leadership development. Education, Training and Experiencerequired:

  • A graduate with full-time MBA and exclusive experience in the area of training in consumer durable / home appliances industry / Insurance industry is essential. Experience of working on LMS online learning management system is preferred.
  • A Certified professional Trainer through reputed training academy is an added advantage.
  • Training assessment, content development, identify training needs, improving training effectiveness through market / field / plant visit & preparing training model are required experiences.
Direct reports to the position:No direct reports however PMS and Talent acquisition team will support this position on executing training plans. Travel Requirement: Minimum 7 Days in a month Job Responsibilities:
  • Working with a cross-functional team to support the design, execution, and measurement of a blended learning experience in partnership with business leaders.
  • Conducts annual training and development needs assessment, prepare training budget and training calendar covering all functions of the organization i.e. Sales, Service, Marketing, manufacturing and other strategic support function.
  • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
  • Conducts in-house training on soft skills for organisation employees
  • Manage the new hire and refresher training programs for all batches as a part of the onboarding program.
  • Monitor and report on training activities and the progress in Training MIS and report to VP HR and other business leaders.
  • Responsible to create a pull of certified internal Trainers for inhouse training needs
