We are a growing, nationally recognized full-service accounting, tax, and consulting firm with over 1,350 partners and staff and 17 offices. The firm was founded in 1979 by Joel Cooperman and Niles Citrin and today is the 22nd largest accounting and consulting firm in the United States, and 4th among mid-Atlantic firms. Were driven to meet this mission by our passion for providing clients with an objective viewpoint and insightful advice on whateverchallenges they bring to the table.The India office in Ahmedabad started in 2016 and is one of the biggest CPA firms in Gujarat as on date.As a Training Manager at Citrin Cooperman, you will manage training curriculum for India professionals, and support project management and instructional design meeting service delivery standards in US and India.Responsibilities Includes, but not Limited to:Create a Center of Excellence in India for developing and delivering quality learning opportunities.Utilize technical and industry knowledge in the areas of learning and talent development to identify and manage complex client issues and training.Drive the development of innovative and interactive learning solutions that engage learners and supports a learning culture for our clientsLeverage contemporary interactive technologies to engage learners and enhance learning when appropriate, including digital adoption tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise Camtasia, Cornerstone, etc.Build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement and course deliveryManage needs assessment in identifying new opportunities in the areas of learning strategy, digital learning and learning managed servicesLiaise with National Training in the US to ensure training standards are met regarding Continuing Professional Education compliance and developing learning solutions.,
