Job Description

Specific Experience : 6-8 years in Road Structural ConstructionOverall experience : 10-12 years of Overall ExperienceEducation : BE / BTech

  1. Excellent Communication Skills
  2. Good Command Over English
  3. Gujarati Language Proficiency desired
  4. Age below 45 years
CTC : Upto 15 LPAJob Summery : The incumbent is responsible for maintaining the good health of all structures on all the project stretches.Responsibilities :
  • To minimize the long term maintenance repairs of the structures
  • Provide safety and comfort to the road users by ensuring that the structures are in good condition.
  • To maintain cordial relation with NHAI / state road Authorities/ IE
  • Scheduling inspections and routine maintenance activities for the upkeep and longevity of the structures.
  • Carrying out checks and analysis in structures as per schedule especially the critical pre and post monsoon checks to ensure the structures are in good condition.
  • Ensuring all requirements, obligations and submissions as per the Concession Agreement regarding structures are met with.
  • Planning routine maintenance activities to prolong the life of the structure.
  • Ascertaining the road map for rectification of defects emerging from inspections.
  • Co-ordinating with a third party consultant for carrying out specialist inspections and restoration works.
  • Co-ordinating with vendors to rectify major and minor defects found during inspection.
  • Train the maintenance Engineers and supervisors as required. Keeping abreast of advancements in the technology adopted in the engineering of structures
