Job Description

    Job Description
    1. Responsible for CRM operations for Gujrat- Ahmedabad and Surat.
    2. All Inbound calls and Outbound calls management
    3. Customer feedback management from Prospect stage to Post Car delivery stage.
    4. Updating of Systems as per timelines and recommended guidelines.
    5. Visiting and Meeting customers for relation development.
    6. Customer complaint management.
    7. Ensuring delightful customer journey in the entire pre and post-sales process.
    8. Managing and Mentoring the team.
    9. Working closely with Marketing for organizing Customer engagement activities and events.
    10. Working closely with Sales Teams for ensuring the customer journey is delightful and also all data required is received and entered into the system.
    11. Working with the AFtersales head for customer post-delivery related matters and also generating enquiry through the workshop.
    Ideal Candidate requirements are as follows:
    1. Female preferred/
    2. Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage
    3. Education - Graduate must, additional education will be added on.
    4. Age Band- 25 to 35 years
    5. Experience in a similar capacity - at least 6 years and overall at least 10 years.
    6. Base Location- Ahmedabad
