Job Description

Purpose of the Role : To Lead finance, account ,costing & taxation functions of the Plant. Involving, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control towards the accomplishment of organizational goals.Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage finance, account, costing and legal compliance of plant.
  • Monthly as well as quarterly closing of the book of Accounts of units.
  • Handling Tax Compliance of GST,TDS, Sales Tax ,Excise ,TCS .
  • Filling of GST returns & follow Compliances as per GST Act.
  • Handling Internal & Statutory Audits.
  • Maintain fixed assets register and Capitalization of Assets.
  • Cost run & MSR evaluation and analysis on it.
  • Verification of BOM, Routing & Material master.
  • Valuation of Inventory in case of Both Procurement.
  • Handling of Import Accounting.
  • Handling of Physical Inventory verification & Control on it with variance analysis.
  • GL account Scrutiny.
  • Preparation of Budget (AOP) of plant & Reporting on Variance.
  • Preparation of monthly cash flow statement.
  • Handling of Vendors (MSME ) & Non MSME ,Statutory, employee payments using online payment facility.
  • Ensuring LC opening & DAN Acceptance as per the process .
  • Handling of periodically MIS of the plant
  • Reconciliation of Vendors Account.
  • Preparation of Monthly Financial dashboard.
  • Responsible for all accounting activities with Statuary compliance and accounting standard requirements.
  • Verification of Invoices as per the PO & Contract agreements.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Candidate should be ICWA with minimum 10 years of experience.
  • Candidate should have experience of working in Plant Accounting
  • Candidate should knowledge of GST, TDS & other taxation
  • Knowledge of Plant Costing, Product Costing
  • Business understanding
  • MIS preparation & Analysis
  • Working knowledge of SAP is Must
