Job Description

    Trade Marketing Manager (6-10 yrs)- The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and driving Trade Marketing agendas across the brands / Portfolio. The TMM works closely with the sales, Brand, Finance and operations team. The TMM plays a key role in driving revenue and profitability, while helping achieve Companys goal of becoming the Customers most valued supplier.- Driving Revenue, product mix & ROI on trade, channel spends- Develop and own the BTL Strategy- Establish best-in-class practices to meet customer expectations by leveraging technology as a differentiator and enhance digital Quotient of the brands- Anchor annual budgeting and cost optimising for the channel with Business Finance team- Provide strong financial acumen to all business decisions and provide post analysis to ensure goals are met.- Construct annual trade marketing calendar for brands and channel- Planning & Negotiating Strategic alliances (Terms of Trade)- Identify and leverage customer-specific, and channel marketing opportunities through channel and customer insights and linking them to brand strategy- MBA from Premier B-School, with 5-7years experience - Exposure to FMCG industry will be an advantage along with experience of handling P&L and category,
