Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the Ayurveda market.-Build relationships with Ayurvedic doctors and BAMS practitioners.-Conduct product presentations and provide scientific information.-Provide market feedback and attend medical conferences.-Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.-Continuous updating of feedback from market to company.-Servicing the needs of existing customers.-Working in close coordination with other team members.-Maintaining and increasing sales of products and ensure timely collection.-Smart, Self-motivated with good communication skills.-Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.-Must be well versed with territory.Education/Experience:Desired Candidate Profile- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Ayurveda, or related field.- 3 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic industry.- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic products and practices.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Beginner level Proficiency in using Excel and other relevant software.- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
