The ideal candidate will work closely with our product and content teams to ensure that our e-learning products and services meet high-quality standards in terms of content, user experience, and technical functionality.Key Responsibilities:Design Expertise: Craft compelling motion graphics for our digital platforms including eLearning, websites, corporate videos, and marketing demos.Project Planning: Contribute to design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphics projects.Video Editing: Take charge of editing raw video footage and amplifying it with captivating effects.Asset Development: Generate a wide range of graphical assets, from illustrations and animations to video content.Visual Design: Implement innovative visual designs, iconography, and illustrations that align with our brand. eLearning Contributions: Play a key role in converting complex concepts into engaging and innovative eLearning solutions.Team Collaboration: Engage actively in brainstorming sessions to share and develop new design perspectives.Industry Awareness: Show an active interest in eLearning industry trends and best practices to always stay ahead.Course Material Production: Ensure the aesthetic quality of eLearning courses, handling everything from image and video editing to text and graphic alignment. Required Primary SkillsRequirements:Bachelors degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.3-5 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, along with a strong portfolio of sample projects.2-3 years of experience within the e-learning domain preferred.Advanced knowledge of video editing, Adobe After Effects,Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.Familiarity with sound effects, color grading, and recent innovations in the field.Knowledge of UI/UX design considered a plus.Excellent English communication skills.Effective time management and decision-making skills are essential, with an ability to exercise independent judgment.Skills / Competencies:Strong organizational and planning skills.Ability to participate in team building & organizational activities.Commitment to achieving organizational goals.A proactive learner, keen on learning new tools or technologies in eLearning.Interested candidate can send their resume on varsha@postaresume.co.inCall now on 91- hidden_mobile
