Job Description

    Ideal candidates should exhibit a broad-based technology background, possess excellent troubleshooting skills and be creative innovators with a proven track record of engineering, troubleshooting, and reporting skills.Excellent at Routing & Switching.Keen to learn new things and perform.Managing & updating the monitoring tools.Managing and ensuring the Configuration backups of all the network equipment in the company.Observing the teams response to the issues reported and prompt follow up through emails, tickets, bridge & troubleshooting calls for the remediation by troubleshooting and/or escalations.Ensure prompt & timely reporting to the Stake holders, Global Service Desk & the higher management.Provide technical, administrative and configuration support for Cisco, Aruba and Palo Alto.KT & training the other Engineers to upgrade the teams troubleshooting skills and avoid escalations.Ensuring high network availability at all of the offices by prompt and proactive remediation and by regular branch backup testing.Ensuring the internal SLAs are strictly maintained by the team.What We Are Looking For:Bachelors degree or 5 7 years related business experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.Should have minimum 5 - 7 years of experience working as Network Engineer and experience in Routing & Switching, BGP & MPLS setup, SNMP & Net flow-based Network Monitoring tools like PRTG/SolarWinds and ticketing tool like ServiceNow.Should have minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in Cisco Routers & Switches like Cisco 9200/9300, Cisco ISR4000 Series, Cisco DNA, etc.Should have minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience on Aruba devices like Aruba AP, IAP, controllers, and AirwaveMinimum 3 years of experience in routers & switches from Juniper.Should have at least 3 years of exposure to firewalls like Palo Alto, etc. is required.Excellent IP routing protocols and OSI Model understanding a must.Minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in troubleshooting IP networks using tools like Wire Shark, etc.Excellent in DNS & DHCP Services a must.Excellent written & verbal communication skills a must.Experience in Incident & Change Management using some ticketing tool like CA Service Desk.Experienced in liaising with Global Service Providers, Vendors & customers.To keep the ticketing queues clean.To keep the Documentation up to date.Leadership qualities.Whats In It For YouTraining and professional developmentPlatforms like Cisco, HP & Aruba, Palo Alto etc.Performance coachingWork with a fun team in a supportive environmentWork at a strong and growing companyCommunity involvement opportunities,
