Job Description

    HR Recruitment & Induction
    • Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
    • Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.
    • Supervising staffing, recruitment, New Joining formalities, induction program, contract negotiations, discipline, policy & procedures
    Attendance, Leave Management & MIS Report
    • Controlling All Employees Bio-Metric Attendance (approx 250) & Leave data on monthly basis.
    • Maintaining new Joining Employees Information in Excel Sheet & payroll software( received soft copy like Personal Information, Designation, Department, Grade, Salary Breakup etc from Internal Recruitment Team with Approval)
    • Uploading Attendance, Leave, Tax, Advance, New Employees Information with Salary Breakup & Reimbursement Part in Payroll Software for Payroll Process.
    • Checking Final Payroll Salary Sheet to Payroll Input and last month salary for salary finalization
    • After checking Payroll data & Reimbursement part, send Final Salary & Reimbursement sheet (Soft & Hard) Copy to Account department for Bank Transfer.
    • Send All Employees Monthly Salary Pay slips to Employees Email ID.
    • Maintaining all Employees Annual Leave Records, Advance & Loan Records
    • MIS & Annual HR Budget Report :- Prepare Monthly MIS Report (Department wise, Company wise, Location wise, State wise, attrition, Annual HR Budget, PF, ESIC, P.Tax, Advance, Monthly Employees Engagement budget Report, New Joining, Left, Leave Report, Absent report, Annual Budget Report, Cost Report, Manpower report etc)
    • Monitoring employees attrition & manpower data of the organization
    • Monitoring manpower and cost against defined budgets.
    • Handling Exit Employees full & Final Settlement & Other issues and solve on time
