You will be responsible for the developing feature applications and being a key person in world- wide projects. You will take the lead for building and developing data services and APIs for our primary platform and mentor junior developers within the team. Responsibilities: Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisors. Experience with HTML, PHP, SQL, Apache, JavaScript, and Linux (Required) Experience with XML, PHP framework such as Zend, XSLT (Highly desirable) Experience with software architecture, system tuning, continuous integration (Highly desirable) Project level leadership and Object Oriented design methodology experience Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required) Strong ability to work independently and manage one time (Required) Self- motivated, detail oriented, highly responsible and must be a faster learner and multi- tasker. Review problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and approve the correction of problem. Direct development or validation of test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces Maintain understanding of current web technologies or programming practices through continuing education Minimum Qualifications & Skills: PHP/ LAMP developer with 2 yearsrsquo experience. Extensive OOD / OOP experience. Experience working in a Windows environment required; other agile methodologies a plus. Knowledge of and experience applying design patterns and implementing industry best practices required. Strong SQL development and design skills. Knowledge and experience working with PHPUnit; Trac and Subversion a plus. Ability to write and consume web services and REST services. Practical knowledge of Amazon EC2 a plus. Knowledge of the MVC paradigm Knowledge of the version control systems (SVN/ GIT/ CVS/ Mercury) Ability to understand tasks and keep deadlines,
