    SALARY: upto 3 LPA LOCATION : Ahmedabad, Gujarat, INDIA VACANCIES: 4 QUALIFICATION: Any graduate MALE/FEMALE: Both EXPERIENCE: 1 year JOB DETAILS Urgently hiring for insurance advisors for a leading general insurance company fr its office based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, INDIA KRA: Act as an interface between the company & customers. You should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs. Ensure all Training Modules laid by the L&D department are attended and certifications obtained. Direct selling to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits). Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and reverted within the TAT. Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved - Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS), Lead Utilization, and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis. Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on a regular basis. Be an Insurance solution provider for our customers. Educate the Customer about the company/ channel. Customer Servicing. - Ensure strict adherence to Human resource Norms, Policies & processes.
