Job Description

    Indias Leading Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experiencedPremium Relationship Manager to join our Retail Branch Banking Department.In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) within the Imperia program, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and achieving ambitious growth targets.Job Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Build and manage a strong network of HNWIs within the designated branch territory.
    • Deepen client relationships by understanding their financial goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement personalized financial solutions, leveraging the Banks comprehensive product portfolio (liabilities, retail assets, wealth management products).
    • Achieve set targets for sales, income generation, and product penetration across the Imperia segment.
    • Proactively identify and address client needs, exceeding expectations and ensuring exceptional service.
    • Conduct regular portfolio reviews to monitor performance and recommend adjustments to financial strategies.
    • Act as a financial advisor, providing insights on market trends and investment opportunities.
    • Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements.
    Desired Candidates Profile:
    • Proven experience of 7 to 12 years in Core Retail Liability Banking Sales.
    • Strong track record of managing and growing a portfolio of HNWIs (minimum 3 to 5 years of experience).
    • In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, including liabilities (savings accounts, current accounts, etc.), retail assets (demat accounts, mutual funds, etc.), and wealth management solutions (private banking, investment advisory).
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships and inspire trust with HNWIs.
    • Target-oriented and results-driven with a proven ability to achieve ambitious sales goals.
