The Pre-sales Executive will be working on sophisticated CRM software like Sales Force and will serve as the bridge between clients and the sales team, fostering positive relationships and facilitating a seamless transition from interest to purchase.Key Responsibilities:1. Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain contact with potential buyers who have shown interest in the real estate offerings. Respond promptly to inquiries, whether through phone calls, emails, or in-person interactions, providing accurate information and addressing any concerns.2. Property Presentation: Present property features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients in a clear and persuasive manner. Conduct property tours and showcase model units or layouts to help clients visualize their potential investment.3. Needs Assessment: Listen actively to client preferences, requirements, and financial constraints to recommend suitable properties. Understand clients lifestyle, family needs, and long-term goals to tailor property options accordingly.4. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings in the area. Provide clients with insights on property appreciation potential and investment opportunities.5. Collaboration: Liaise with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of potential buyers for further negotiations and closing. Collaborate with marketing teams to align pre-sales efforts with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.6. Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with potential clients, maintaining regular communication and addressing their queries promptly. Build rapport to establish trust and credibility, enhancing the overall customer experience.7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and preferences in the CRM system. Generate reports on pre-sales activities, conversion rates, and feedback to contribute to sales strategy improvements.8. Customer Feedback: Solicit feedback from potential clients regarding property presentations, pricing, and overall experience.
