Job Description

    What you will be doing (Your key responsibilities): Create a minimum viable product (MVP), an initial version that has enough function to meet its customerspurpose Drive implementation of processes necessary for fit and finish, probable variations consideringmanufacturing process by getting limit samples approved from QA and R&D Work closely with Business development and procurement team to understand the customer and supplierpain points to constantly reinvent the new product redevelopment strategy Maintain up to date knowledge of data sources, evaluate their credibility and potential utility and leveragethem across the company Maintain the database of all insights and information that is being researched about products, suppliers,potential target customers, product research, relevant documents Identify key vendors for sourcing, manufacturing, negotiate the commercials & work with them on thefinal product Understand the source of ingredients used by manufactures Assist marketing and branding team in providing all technical knowledge of the product, mechanism ofaction, strengths, precautions, efficacy expectation & condition Constantly stay in touch with the customer support team to understand product feedback from existingcustomers on product efficacy, usage, reactions & continually improve product basis voice of customer Manage cross-functional teams through a defined and gated NPD process to include the development ofa project timeline and maintaining it through the life of the project Establish and maintain relationships with senior management for the purpose of aligning NPS objectivesand removing obstacles for project completionYou are a pro at: Average time from idea submission to feedback % Of concepts selectedYou ace the following powers: Accountability Flexibility Problem Solving Being Result Oriented Being great at Relationship BuildingWhy should jump in our bandwagon You will be a part of a founder driven start upYou will be experiencing the journey with the fastest growing cosmetics firm in IndiaYou will be part of an amazingly vibrant & passionate team (which is fun)You will grow immensely in the journey with our mission to revolutionize cosmetics industry
