Job Description

    Responsibilities for project control analyst
    • Creates and maintains program financial analysis and reporting, including percent spent, remaining budget, funding expiration projections, LOF notices
    • Support and consult with project managers and deployment managers on project issues, status and tracking requirements
    • Act as a critical point person responsible for liaising with other global teams to analyze and resolve issues and queries related to the Capital Markets platform
    • Act as liaison between the Access Control Group and Capital Markets business users
    • Develop and maintain professional and effective client relationships with Front Office internal clients
    • Identify ways to reduce costs while improving control measures
    • Develops and implements reporting procedures to review project status and valuation of work in progress, tracking procedures for contract deliverables
    • The candidate will be required to work many technical issues to include routine backups and maintenance of program data, integration of key tool enhancements/patches, security maintenance and setup establishing software licensing arrangements and producing artifacts and reports
    • Very infrequent international travel
    • Candidate may train, mentor and lead junior staff
    Qualifications for project control analyst
    • Assists in implementing project plans under the direction of others in the project
    • Ability to execute tasks under aggressive timelines and effectively adapt to changes
    • Be responsible for customs and customer invoicing, VAT, Receivables and payment control, Cash-Flow Management
    • Your knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Lotus Notes is required at an intermediate level
    • Develop, monitor and Report Supplier performance for Global 7000/800
    • Suite to those escalations, Develop, align and follow up on action plans with Supplier to address any performance deficiencies
