Job Description

    Monitor project details, timelines, and commitments. Handle changes andmitigate potential risks through effective planning Collaborate with team members to distribute workloads efficiently, ensuringthe right skills are utilized for each task Continuously evaluate existing processes, offering insights, and suggestingimprovements as needed Foster effective communication between the India team, the US team, andclients to prioritize tasks and ensure clear project assignments Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing regular progressupdates to clients and promptly addressing any issues that arise Engage and allocate resources throughout the project lifecycle to ensuresuccessful outcomes Maintain open lines of communication with team members, seniormanagement, the US team, and clients through routine status reports andmeetings Coordinate with the internal development team and manage projectdocumentation efficiently Develop internal project documentation, including scope of work, proposals,and basic flowcharts Adapt to and manage changes effectively to achieve project goals Regularly assess project health and take necessary actions to ensureproject successDesired Skills: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Manager or similar role,should have experience in e-commerce project management (WordPress,Shopify, WooCommerce) Proven ability to create detailed reports and deliver effective presentationsto clients at various levels Maintain an active role in client interaction, facilitating team and clientmeetings, and ensuring clear communication of project-related informationto leadership Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projectsand interact with various clients simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills are vital for effectiveproject coordination Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on findingpractical and innovative solutions Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines whilemaintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus
