Achievement of sales objective (Volume/value,product & segment wise).2Key Account Management- Identify key accounts in the area, influencer network in the key accounts & develop strategy to tap the business. Identify opportunities for contract jobs & other product supplies opportunity. Engage with respective influencers for contract jobs & with the purchase organization for supply opportunities.3Applicators & Distributor Ecosystem Management- Identify & develop relationship with adequate number of project applicators & distributors based on. the segment being driven. Drive loyalty/engagement of the respective project applicators4Adhere to the commercial policies of the division(including necessary documentation for creating codesTechnical skill if anyKeep a track of competition activities in the owned accounts ,capture and share the same with RM,
