Job Description

    • Minimum 3+ years of experience on Django CMS Front End Application
    • Working with Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, etc.
    • Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework (Django, Flask, etc )
    • Familiarity with ORM libraries
    • Knowledge in NLTK/Python Machine Learning Libraries/Spark/Hadoop/Kafka is a plus.
    • Creating predictive models for AI and ML-based features
    • Keeping abreast with the latest technology and trends
    • Fine-tune and develop AI/ML-based algorithms based on results( This is MUST)
    • Analysing the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability
    • Able to design and integrate multiple data sources and databases into a single system
    • Exploring and visualizing data to gain an understanding of it, then identifying differences in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying the model in the real world
    • Verifying data quality, and/or ensuring it via data cleaning
    • Supervising the data acquisition process if more data is needed
    • Finding available datasets online that could be used for training
    • Defining validation strategies
    • Defining the pre-processing or feature engineering to be done on a given dataset
    • Defining data augmentation pipelines
    • Training models and tuning their hyperparameters
    • Analysing the errors of the model and designing strategies to overcome them
    • Deploying models to production
    • Understanding of the threading limitations of Python and multi-process architecture
    • Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
    • Understanding of accessibility and security compliance Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
    • Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
    • Basic understanding of Database Schemas and Database choices
    • Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including ElasticSearch and MongoDB
    • Sound experience in using AWS cloud services
    • Strong unit test and debugging skills
    • Knowledge of one of Version Control tools (Git, SVN, etc)
