Job Description

    Location: [Ahmedabad]Position Type: Full-timeWe are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for clients, visitors, and employees.Responsibilities:
    1. Greeting Visitors: Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.
    2. Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate person or department. Take accurate messages when necessary and ensure timely follow-up.
    3. Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate appointments and meetings, both in-person and virtual, using scheduling software or traditional methods.
    4. Providing Information: Serve as a source of information for clients, visitors, and employees, providing general information about the organization, its services, and policies.
    5. Managing Mail and Deliveries: Receive and sort incoming mail and packages, distribute them to the appropriate recipients, and prepare outgoing mail and packages for pickup.
    6. Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Ensure that informational materials and resources are stocked and readily available.
    7. Assisting with Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including typing, filing, photocopying, and data entry.
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with office equipment (e.g., multi-line phone systems, printers, fax machines).
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
