Job title - Regional Strategic AdvisorsBasic purpose of the job To develop a roadmap for key accounts to drive business objectives w.r.t prioritizing stroke by engaging external stakeholders in collaboration with internal stake holdersResponsible for developing Strategic plan for the account Responsible for developing Strategic plan for the account Analysis of the region / territory / catchment to find out the potential to treat Stroke in respective accounts covered Develop the strategic plan for the accounts covered for short and long term Analyze and understand the impact of macroeconomic factors and industry trends on the business and create account plans accordingly to optimize business opportunities Ensure adherence to all relevant brand guidelines Track, measure and evaluate KPIs periodically Adopt an approach for each account being in sync with sales and marketing teams. Create a tracker and share a monthly report w.r.t. potential and usage pattern Develop / maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision-making authorities within prioritized accounts Ensuring that business and process is conducted in line with Company s policies, ethical practices & Vision( KPI - Create strategic roadmap for stroke prioritization in Key accounts with short term and long-term objectives for covered Accounts)To develop and monitor an integrated operational plan which achieves business goals for the accounts To cross collaborate for effective execution of the approved strategic tactical plan in coordination with Sales & Marketing team and other stakeholders( KPI - Measurement through milestones planning at the beginning of the year)Tactical plan finalization with help of internal and external stakeholders Awareness programs Referral connect meetings Other medico marketing activities enhancing Stroke treatment( KPI - Measurement through milestones planning at the beginning of the year)Ensuring that business and process is conducted in line with Company s policies, ethical practices, Vision, Mission and Core Demonstrate and promote BI values in all interactions.Also collection of Adverse Drugs Reaction (ADR) incidences including lack of efficacy related to Companys any drug product / medicinal product in specified format up to the maximum possible level of completeness and forwarding the same to the companys assigned person(s) in your PV-system.
