Job Description

DESIGNATION : AM/DM - HR & IR DEPARTMENT : HR REQUIRED QUALIFICATION : MBA/MSW/MLW - HR /IRREPORTING TO : HR HEAD AND DIRECTOR REQUIRED EXPERIENCE : 08-12 yrs

  • Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirement.
  • Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional and operational areas and conducting selection interviews.
  • Overseeing reduction of absenteeism/down time, employee turnover, visual management updating the entire spectrum of the company, plant visit of customers.
  • Supervising staffing, recruitment, induction program, contract negotiations, discipline, policy & procedures.
  • Formulation of increment, incentive promotion and other remuneration policies.
  • Managing appraisal process across the levels for three plants.
  • Implemented Quarterly Appraisal System based on quarterly KRAs and differential increment making the PMS more objective.
  • Identifying training needs of executives through competency profiling by identifying person and position gap.
  • Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for better productivity, building capability and Quality enhancement.
  • Overseeing training program of executives and operators.
  • Monitoring statutory compliances under various Labour Laws, Environmental Laws etc.
  • Liaison with External agencies and Government Authorities like Labour deptt., Pollution Control Board, EPF, ESI, Factories Act, Police deptt. and local administration.
  • Drafting and certification of Standing Orders and implementation.
  • Formulate departmental goals based on organizational goals and create, maintain, modify and communicate personnel policies and systems on regular basis.
  • Organizing and coordinating Corporate Events like Annual Day, Safety Week, Environment Week, and Quality Circle programs etc.
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial relations.
  • Co-ordinate for completing all statutory approvals of Plant
  • Monitoring of Admin activity in Plant.
  • Co-coordinate with companys other Plant and RO offices in PAN India.
  • Should be knowledge & Hands on experience of Govt. Compliances i.e. PF, ESIC, Factory, Labour, Labour Contract Act, Safety, etc.
  • Experience of Automobile/Manufacturing sector as well as Greenfield project is required.
