Job Description

To maintain and grow existing business and drive new sales to meet and exceed Company sales targets
To identify new sales and business development opportunities aligned with companyrsquos sales strategy
To add value to all strategic and key customer accounts
To monitor and report on our performance against sales targets and companyrsquos strategic objectives
To improve customer satisfaction and relations and the image of the company in the market
Identify, convert new opportunities
Improve Sector Sales Teamrsquos performance by good management
Provide accurate sales forecasts monthly
Effective management of agents
Managing commercial negotiations to maximize profit
Develop and implement sales strategy and sales plan to achieve companyrsquos sales targets
Provide input to the Marketing team on new products to be developed and ensure successful new product launches
