Job Description

    Post: Sales CoordinatorExperience: 1 to 5 Years Location: Ahmedabad Company Profile: ManufacturingKey Responsibilities:
    • Order Processing:
    1. Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
    2. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
    3. Address any order-related inquiries and provide updates to customers as needed.
    • Customer Support:
    1. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information on products, pricing, and delivery schedules.
    2. Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Sales Coordination:
    1. Collaborate with the sales team to create and maintain sales reports, performance metrics, and other relevant documentation.
    2. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
    • Communication and Collaboration:
    1. Facilitate communication between the sales team, production, logistics, and other relevant departments.
    2. Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and branding across sales materials.
    • Market Research:
    1. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
    2. Provide relevant market insights to the sales team to assist in strategic decision-making.
    3. Good excel knowledge.
    4. Good communication skills in Hindi, English & Gujarati.
